Positive: Great location for city centre and all the main sites in York. The apartment itself is modern and very comfortable for 4 persons. It is also good value when compared to the higher end hotels in the area. Welcome hamper from the host was also a very nice touch. Finally the free car park space in a nearby car park was an added bonus! We would definitely recommend this place to anyone thinking of paying a visit to York.

Positive: Excellent location, just next to the city walls, offered easy access to everything in the city centre. A short walk from the train station with clear directions provided by the host. The apartment itself is clean and modern. Fully furnished kitchen made it easy to eat at home, with Sainsbury's across the street to get supplies.

Positive: Perfect location, just a few minutes walk to the centre. Amazing host, great communication. The apartment smelt amazing when we walked in. All furniture, fixtures and items supplied were high quality.

Negative: Maybe a thinner duvet for the warmer nights. But this is just nit picking. It was so cosy!

Positive: Great location for visiting York city centre, only a five minute walk away. The apartment has everything we would need and some nice little touches such a teas, coffee, shower toiletries etc. Caroline is a great host and responded to any queries promptly. We would definitely recommend a stay here and will be happy to stay here again for future trips.

Positive: Truly lovely quality accommodation throughout. Very comfortable & quiet. Apartment accessible by a lift which was great. Location fantastic, short walking distance to York city centre, The Shambles, Wall etc. Would definitely book again.

Negative: Car park access not as close as we would have liked as not part of the building (choice of 2 parking stations)
