Summary: I suppose it was fair for a National Park hotel managed by a third party. Checking in took forever. The rooms are sparse.

Summary: We stayed in a cabin and it was an excellent experience. The cabins are rustic but very comfortable. Being so close to the cannon rim was amazing.

Summary: The lodge is a gorgeous place. Staff friendly and services are great. No air conditioning in rooms, so you need to book in cooler weather. We would go back.

Summary: Restaurant at the location not the best, we order some sandwiches with no mayo, we got mayo. Now the rooms has no AC units, no TV, internet poor. The rest is awesome, easy access to trails, quiet, nice room service. If you want a location to fet away from everything this is the location for you.

Summary: Great location but needs some help. At the price point you should have a bed that is remotely comfortable. Horrible bed. Staff is great and place is clean. We survived with no ac so be aware when traveling during summer

Summary: Parking is far from cabins/rooms so make sure everything has wheels and some surface are not even so watch out to avoid tripping. No AC in the room, they have a fan but theyre old and loud. Unfortunately room needs updating especially mattresses are over used already but pillows were good. The bathroom is outdated but if you are looking for nature and dont mind the comfortability of hotels then this is a good place. However being inside the national park is exceptionally beautiful. The walk to the view of the canyon is breath taking. Being its nature, there are lots of horse and other creatures feces and urine smell. Will come back to Bryce but will not stay in the lodge again.

Summary: Amazing! The location is super! On the rhyme!!! The staff very kind. Clean Room . Silence. Restaurant very good. Nearby a good pizzeria and breakfast. Moreover I forgot my laptop in the room and they sent it to me by ups. Thank you for the honesty and big help. Experience 10+
