Positive: Excellent location right ahead of the Bryce Canyon National Park. The rooms were very good and check in process was smooth. Complimentary breakfast was excellent with multiple options. Spread over a large area, so the reception might be a few minutes walk based on the room you are getting. Great value for money and would definitely recommend.

Positive: Location with ease of park access and free breakfast buffet were the big pluses. Appreciated the onsite laundromat .Everything we needed was present, such as groceries,restaurants, alcohol, fuel.

Negative: We could hear the room above us quite clearly, loud footsteps and floor vibration, toilet, nose blowing etc.........

Positive: The hotel restaurant is the only place in town that's open this time of year. Breakfast is good. The dinner buffet is OK. A couple more soup choices a night would be good. But there's also an ala carte menu too.
