Summary: Clean room with nice sized bathroom and amenities. General store onsite and breakfast buffet made it very convenient, especially with little kids. Walkable to many attractions and super close to the national park.

Summary: For the price paid, in a captive environment (nothing else around), and from the photos in the marketing, I did expect a slightly elevated experience, but this felt more like a budget motel. The room we stayed in had the bare minimum, and smelled of chlorine and must. We were on the first floor, and our door was right by the parking lot, making my wife a little uncomfortable given the neighbors in a few adjoining rooms who were outside partying until late. The dinner at the Cowboy buffet was a true buffet (Bonanza) experience, and quite pricey as well, but we were most disappointed that the waitress was not very accommodating, and also completely forgot one of our meals, which never got delivered to us. By that time, everyone else was done, so that person cancelled their meal - she didn't make any adjustment to the cost, and even charged for the soda ordered by that person. The upside for dining was the breakfast buffet, included in the cost of room, and had many good options on the buffet. The other amenities - shopping center, grocery, gift shop were all quite nice. I wouldn't really call this a "resort", which included a resort fee, but given the captive area (only hotel in the National Park area) allowed them to price everything accordingly. The park was terrific, but I wouldn't probably wouldn't stay here again.

Summary: Used bath towel was left in room. It would be helpful if there were a mirror in the room with the sink and toilet. There was a smell in the roo. Need more charging ports. There were four people and the room, did not have enough wash clothes. Shuttle into park was great.

Summary: The common areas (lobby, reception, restaurant, gift shop) were well maintained and pleasant. Our room was in need of updating. The carpet was old and appeared dirty. There was a musty odor in the room.

Summary: Location great for people going to Bryce Canyon. Property in need of updates. Everything worked but very old. That said you find everything you need there, including laundromat, general store and coffee shop. We had breakfast included and got 1 voucher for 2 people - would have been better to get separate vouchers so each person can go on their own time.

Summary: For the price I paid, the room was sub par. The room and especially the bathroom was dated and needed a refresh. There was mold around the base of the tub. Unfortunately there is nothing else around Bryce Canyon and you are stuck paying $400 + for a sub par room.

Summary: Not a 3 star hotel, l rate it 2.5 Older, ac was loud. Smell of smelly feet with first room so changed room which was better but highly scented to mask stale odors. Great ththat shuttle is right out door and large gift and convgeneral store on premises

Summary: I may have reviewed this stay on another site, but I will do it again here, on Hotels.com. This was an outstanding property, with everything you would want in a trip to the mighty five. There is a restaurant, a grocery store, a gift store, available wine and liquor purchases… Just everything in one place! A real breakfast was ordered and served, which was delicious! The main lodge and check-in point was decorated in rustic western decor and everything about the day was very pleasant. Room was nice, and beds were good. No complaints!
