Positive: Location was excellent for hiking Bryce Canyon. House is newer and very clean & comfortable.

Negative: I'm allergic to cats and several outdoor cats we're very comfortable both on the front porch and back patio.

Positive: Place is excellent, first rate actually. Comoletely clean Well stocked with toiletries, laundry supplies and a full kitchen with all specialty cooking pots pans etc. and all imaginable spices. Provided coffee, hot chocolate, teas and loads of snacks. Immediately outside of Bryce Canyon NP. Place is very quiet and a beautiful back yard and front porch. Deer in the backyard every day. Full accomodations for a toddler.

Negative: Nearby construction noise where some type of building is being built loud when you want to sit outside on the porch. Cats always undefoot outside and cat hair in the backyard chairs. Television only available by your own subscription. The nearby general store has a very limited selection of meats despite advertising that it's fully stocked.

Negative: To get to the house, you drive past a mini RV park, presumably inhabited by staff of the hotels and restaurants. Although you couldn’t see them from the house, you had to drive through them everyone you went out.
