Positive: We were upgraded to a very nice suite Room 3 the pizza we had in the restaurant was fantastic. The bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was perfect. A great stay at the George we will return!

Positive: Rooms were perfect we were in room 25 which was near the laundry cupboard, not noisy backed onto the staff carpark. Hotel staff were very accommodating. Food was perfect. Lovely relaxed feel with great atmosphere and decor was warming and welcoming. Location perfect for exploring the area. The rate for the rooms etc was higher then others in the area but you get what you pay for..

Negative: We had evening meal which was perfect, the waiter asked us if we wanted extra veg, onion rings etc which we accepted, at no point did he say they were at an extra cost!!! should be more clear on ordering
