Positive: The breakfast was awesome. Great choices and lots of it. The people were welcoming and nice. The location and parking were very good.

Negative: The bed was a double bed, not a queen. Late night revelers walk past the place so you do need to wear earplugs which the hotel supplies. The room was very warm and we opened the one upper window that opens but we were never able to get the room cooler for sleeping. Also, it would be nice to have a place to put toiletries rather than on the floor.

Positive: Great location with very friendly and helpful staff. Very good breakfast choice with a range of options on the breakfast menu. Room was very comfortable.

Negative: The additional £10 parking charge was unwelcome and excessive given the nightly room rate. I thought this was exploiting paying customers. Room was excessively warm with no means of adjusting the temperature. The fan provided was ridiculously large and noisy and could not be used. Lacked thought and practicality.
