Summary: This two bedroom old style ranch home features a Santa Maria barbecue, which we enjoyed with our family. The deck with patio furniture is pleasant for gatherings. It is a short walk to the village of Arroyo Grande where restaurants are located. The property could benefit from some landscaping as it is surrounded by hardscape with plenty of parking.
