Summary: My husband, dog, and I had a wonderful stay. The owners were so hospitable and their dogs were so friendly. We loved exploring the property with beautiful views and farm animals. The location was perfect for peace and quiet while still convenient, being just 10-15 minutes from town and Pismo Beach. The guesthouse itself was the perfect size for us. The kitchen was well stocked, and we enjoyed the added benefits of having access to the deck and the gym on the bottom floor. We hope to stay again!

Summary: Wonderful property up in the hills of Arroyo Grande. 10 min drive to beach, 5 min drive to cute downtown cafes and delicious restaurants. Super easy check in process, spacous guest house and bonus space for doggies! My kids and I felt right at home, we will definitely come back!

Summary: We enjoyed staying here but the stairs were a big hindrance to us. It would be nice to have two bathrooms on the upper floor. It’s a cute place except for the stairs. It was nice being in a country setting. Loved the dogs, chickens and goats. The area provided for our dog was nice.

Summary: This is a great guest house (upper level) with a beautiful countryside view from the private deck! The kitchen was very well stocked, plenty of towels, etc. It was just the two of us, but sleeps more. The property owner was very easy to reach, but no problems here!
