Positive: This was a great house in a clean and quiet neighborhood. It was very comfortable with space for 6 grown women. It was also spotless! We liked all the fans, the location, the beds were very comfortable and it was a very reasonable price compared to homes only 10 minutes closer to SLO. Definitely worth a little longer of a drive.

Negative: Since we were a group of 6 women, all getting ready each morning, my only suggestion would be more mirrors - like one reasonable sized mirror in each room.

Summary: We were pleasantly surprised by the Berry House and would definitely stay again.
