Summary: Excellent accommodations for fishing! On site boat ramp, dock and ice maker. Very cold air conditioning, excellent shower, full kitchen and all the other items needed for a nearby fishing or hunting adventure. Mike was a accommodating host and enjoyable to talk with. Highly recommend !

Summary: Mobile home was basic. Couches were dirty. Not a lot of dishes, bed linens. Manager was very friendly and helpful. Ok for guys who just want to fish and sleep. TV only had Netflix/ no local channels for news.
