Positive: When it comes to value, and hospitality they were great. If you are looking for an affordable place to stay that has nice staff then I would recommend.

Negative: Curbside appeal isn't the best, but I was just looking for a nice, affordable place to stay. If your in the same boat I would highly recommend

Positive: (Room 109) To me, it was like being home on a small rural property. Down to earth, comfy, quiet, lots of potted plants to enjoy, the owners made me feel like family, small flaws that can easily be overlooked (just like at home😂), there were no loud or unruly guests, and I will return here again if I find myself back in “Chobee”. Slept for 9 hours the second night…. I never do that!😎

Negative: So comfortable and cozy that I didn’t want to travel 4 hours to go back home.LOL

Summary: A surprisingly relaxing and easy on the wallet weekend..!

Negative: Noisy children running up and down, screaming and crying at 2 am. Too far from I-95 to be a good value at that price. Small shower/bath area and dated furnishings. Couldn’t use the chair b/c I sank in so far. Bed was not comfortable.
