Summary: Dock behind house is nice. There is a new floor in dining/living area, and a couple nice pictures on the walls, but it ends there. Double wide not same color as add so we were not sure we were at the right place. Owner did not check in with us one time after we arrived to see if everything was ok or if we needed anything.. No power from outlets in either bathroom. Towel rack falling off the wall. Throw pillows are dirty. Found left over sock under kitchen table and a used washcloth between bedside table and bed. Needed exterminator treatment. We left 8 days early. Big disappointment.

Summary: This property worked for our needs as we are new to the area and don't have a home to live in as of yet. This property was about 5 minutes from my place of employment. It had pretty much everything we needed. We had a few concerns in regards to structur in the master bathroom. The floors were uneven and the toilet tilted to the left side. Ceilings were really low. There is an issue with the dryer venting. And there were some bugs but it is Florida so I'll give him that. Some of the outlets didn't work but we managed to make do with what was available. Home could use some improvements but again it worked for our needs while we were here.
