Summary: We stayed at this wonderful house for two nights while visiting Capitol Reef NP . The pictures do not do it justice. It was absolutely spotless and like a well appointed guest house. The owners have anticipated every need and are very generous with paper towels, toilet paper, washer pods, etc. The town of Loa is small but we found a restaurant, gas and a grocery store. The short drive to the park is beautiful. Do be aware that the larger bathroom is downstairs while the three bedrooms are upstairs and the stairs are a little steep. Our group was fine as the younger members used the downstairs one and older members used the one upstairs. The history of the house is provided and fascinating. We have traveled quite a bit and this is one of the best rentals we’ve found.

Summary: This place was just perfect for our small group. Comfy beds, super clean inside and out! Within 20 minutes to some trails, 38 minutes to Canyon Reef and all those trails. And beautiful black cows to look at most days. Not what I get from my home. Loved it!
