Positive: Cozy, spacious, clean, well-decorated; washer/dryer, coffee station, BBQ grill, bath toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, etc). Scenery very relaxing.

Negative: Not major, but wood floor could use sanding and polishing since i got a splinter. Have to walk with slippers. Beautiful otherwise.

Summary: Our group really enjoyed our stay and the ease of communication with the owner.

Negative: Wasn’t prepared properly due to dirty drawers in the dressers, dead flies on window sills, no wood inside for fireplace or by the fire pit, old food products were still left there that was 5 years old in the pantry, fly strips left in the windows that were discussing, mouse traps all over, and it was an electric stove and not gas as stated in the ad, and the floors creaked terribly and would wake us up, went to play horse shoes and 1 was busted, would not be safe for children due to the boards with nails sticking out by the out buildings.

Summary: It was ok but not what we expected and for the cost should have been better. We would not rent this place again.
