Summary: We stayed here for a week while visiting our daughter who lived nearby. The staff were friendly, and polite. No problem with communication even though I do not speak Japanese. I really enjoyed their breakfast buffet. The view of the mountains from the room can't be beat. I agree with one review that said the toilet in the reception is the best toilet I have been to in Japan, as crazy as that may sound. Highly recommend!

Summary: We loved this onsen hotel. The onsen is incredible. I wish we had stayed for more than 1 night, but our schedule was a bit tight. However, it was a great stay. It's near enough to Yamadera, which is definitely worth a hike up the 1,000 steps, the Hiroshige hotel and much more. I would have liked to explore Tendo even more and have even more time in the onsen. Oh, and the kaiseki dinner was so delicious and in a private room where we had a view of an incredible sunset over the nearby mountains. The service by the staff was also exceptional. Super!!! If I am back in Japan, I'd love to come back.

Summary: My tatami room with view was very clean, cozy ang comfortable. The onsen also very good, expecially the female outside onsen with a pool and waterfall scene, so relax. Hotel provide subttle between Tendo Station. Breakfast quite nice with almost japanese style breakfast buffet. Recommend this hotel for anyone plan to have short stay to Tendo, especially who is planning to Ginsan Onsen銀山溫泉

Summary: Tendo Hotel is a very good hotel. It has a comfortable hot spring and well-equipped facilities. There is a van to stay at and return to Tendo Station. An English-speaking staff is very attentive to help 12 of us. The food for breakfast and dinner is rich and delicious. I will stay here again next time I go to Tendo. Thank you😊
