Positive: Staff were very friendly and helpful. I forgot my passport and other stuff (in a draw) and they couriered it straight away to my next hotel.

Negative: Lift is a little slow, would prefer a room safe.

Positive: This is an historical hotel and had its glory before. Now it’s still very comfortable. The location is great. It’s a good value of money. I enjoyed this stay with my family. I will return here.

Positive: Near to JR rail station,easy to access.This was our unexpected stop point after we didnt manage to secure our room in Ginzan Onsen.But this place was unexpected blessing for us.Thanks for the memory Tendo Central Hotel.It was nice.

Negative: I think just 1,after we bath on fhat day and laying down both my Husband n I experienced Itchiness but after we clean up the bed Its tolerable..I thinks because it was not be in used for a long period.Buts its okay.Sometimes cold weather also make us feel itchi.

Positive: Excellent location 3-5 minutes walking to the station, plus a konbini and yakitori restaurant right next to it. Hotel was simple but efficient, check-in and check-out couldn't be faster, done by the clerk in less than a minute.
