Positive: The hotel location is peaceful. The air-conditioned room has all basic amenities you need. The included breakfast has various delicious choices. Car parking is free, more than enough, and easy to use. Staffs are friendly and supportive.

Negative: The breakfast restaurant is quite small and crowded. Compared to other hotels with same quality in Japan, this hotel rate is quite expensive. At night, the area around the hotel is dark and almost has nothing to eat. But this is not the hotel's fault and it is understandable for such rural area.
