Positive: Absolutely incredible stay. The room was very nice and clean. The room had AC. The bathroom was spacious and shower had hot water even tho I didn’t need it bc it was so hot. Tam took care of everything for me when I got there. He came to pick me up from the bus drop off when I got to phong nha, let me borrow his bike for free to go to the duck stop, booked my elephant cave trekking tour with jungle boss for a great price (highly recommend!! It was such an adventure), he did my laundry for a small fee, and he booked my bus to Sapa on a very comfortable bus. I couldn’t thank him enough. His breakfast was really tasty too. I just wish I stayed longer.

Positive: Tam is really lovely, so friendly and helpful. He arranged a taxi for us when we needed it and gave us information on when the caves were open. The rooms were very clean.
