Positive: Location is great, local amenities within 2 minutes walk. Shopping area 10 minutes walk downhill, and great transport links/electric bus service nearby. Great place to host a get-together with your friends and family. Kitchen area nice and bright.

Negative: Maybe go one step further with a coffee machine? Beans/decaff beans are so cheap, and it would complement the kitchen area so much. All you need now is a local patisserie lol. Some internal fixtures and wall areas may require attention, but this doesn't affect comfort or safety. Mainly aesthetic.

Negative: Maybe some tea bags, coffee and milk for every stay.

Summary: Lovely house! Had a really good experience here. The owners were very helpful! 10/10!

Positive: Friendly, helpful host. So close to headingley stadium and plenty of places to eat and drink. Nice sized garden and comfortable nights sleep.

Negative: No baking trays which isn't the end of the world! We agreed a check in time but couldn't get in straight away. Again, easily sorted but not ideal.

Positive: Location was great between Leeds itself and Arcade club. House already had brew facilities ready and waiting. Great sized rooms , massive kitchen and backyard. Local shops just up the street.

Positive: The location was fantastic, great area close to centre and amenities

Negative: some of the bedding and the rooms were a little musty! The garden was overgrown, the decking was unsteady in parts and the garden furniture was dirty… the property does need some TLC but ok for what we needed i couldnt do more than one night as living room hasnt really got proper sofas or anywhere nice to sit communally… its great for just staying over 1 night
