Summary: Decent boozer, no evening food offering but two mins walk is a cracking eat in chippy. Bar staff were spot on, live football on and good Guinness Breakfast is good and worth £10 Definitely use again when in the area

Summary: Upon arrival I thought I’d be in a room above a busy pub and noise would be an issue. The rooms, however, are next door and I never heard a thing. Rooms are to a good standard, very clean with comfortable beds. Breakfast was lovely and staff were welcoming and friendly. As a coffee lover I would have loved a real freshly brewed coffee especially at breakfast rather than the sachets but this is a minor quibble.

Summary: Walked in to the cleanest pub I have ever visited! It is modern, open plan and fresh! There is no food apart from an excellent cooked breakfast but they allow takeaway food in the pub and provide plates/cutlery. Very friendly and helpful! Rooms are small but very cosy and a comfortable bed! Although situated on a busy high road I never heard the traffic from my room!

Summary: I stay here at least once a month and I wouldn’t stay anywhere else The level of service is unbeatable, the rooms are clean and comfortable the location is great for walking into the town for dinner and the staff are some of the friendliest people I’ve met
