Positive: The cinema room is quality and we had a blast on the pizza oven too, which my colleague very much enjoyed, showing off his pizza skills and teaching us how to cook a proper, stone baked pizza from scratch!! Fair play lad!! Highly recommend this property!

Positive: For a group of lad this place is perfect. It had excellent comfy areas, great games set up and the place was clean and well finished. I have stayed in lots of places with cheap finishing with corners cut - this place was the opposite. In addition, the handbook was detailed, there were instructions for everything. We loved it.

Positive: We stayed here as a family to celebrate my Dad's 80th birthday. We drove through the housing estate, and as we turned into the track up to the property, it was like entering a different world! We loved the large social spaces downstairs, the pool table, the cinema room, the large outdoor dining space outside, and the kids really enjoyed the play equipment - especially the slack line in the trees outside! The dog came too, and being able to walk her straight out of the house into woodland and having Farnley Hall Park so close by was great. Emma and James were so welcoming (the kids were delighted with the welcome basket - thank you!), and having them next door was super helpful - the kettle stopped working, and they provided another straight away.

Negative: There is a downstairs loo but only one bathroom. That said, we managed fine - even with tween girls who LOVE a long shower!

Positive: Fantastic place! Perfect social space to enjoy with family and friends, and only a short ride into the centre of Leeds. The central kitchen space, with pool and darts was loved by everyone. This barn has been beautifully converted, and the cinema room is just awesome!! Love this place 😍

Negative: Really nothing to complain about here. The access road is a bit bumpy, so don’t ride up in a Lamborghini 😉
