Positive: Everything was first class! A warm welcome, a lovely property with a range of rooms for guests to use and an exceptional garden. I immediately felt relaxed at Outwood House. My room was spotless and comfortable, with everything I needed. There was a great choice for breakfast, cooked to perfection. Elspeth and Richard are the ultimate hosts.

Negative: Nothing at all. The only thing I didn't like was that I'd booked only one night; next time I'll make sure I stay longer.

Positive: On arrival, we received a very warm greeting from the charming owners. We were offered hot and cold drinks. We sat in a sun-drenched room overlooking the beautiful garden, enjoying complimentary gin and tonics. Wonderful, and very generous. The room was spotless, and very comfortable. The room had stunning rooms. The breakfast was outstanding. We had an excellent choice, including lots of fresh fruit, an English breakast and salmon with eggs. There was so much choice, and nothing was too much trouble. We felt that the overall experience more than justified the modest price. Amazing value for money, and we truly felt privileged to stay in such a wonderful place. Thank you!

Positive: The breakfast was absolutely magnificent. Wonderful selection of cereals, nuts, yogurt and fruit. Plus a perfect cooked breakfast.
