Newly remodeled with coastal décor and a fully updated kitchen featuring new stainless appliances, bar seating, and dining for six. Enjoy breathtaking Gulf views from your private balcony, a serene King suite, Queen suite, and twin room. Includes Wi-Fi, washer/dryer, parking, and full beach gear!
At the end of the day, come relax in the large master suite with new pillow top king bed and private ensuite bath with its own Jacuzzi whirlpool tub. The 2nd guest suite has a wonderful pillow top queen bed. The third bedroom has two twin beds. There is a large second hall bath. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped including an attached laundry room. WiFi, Cable, and Netflix are included and available for viewing on all TV’s. A 50” large screen HD/Smart TV in the living room, 40” HD/Smart TV in the Master Bedroom & 32” HD Smart TV in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms.
The Resort Complex offers a pool, hot tub, cabana and outdoor grills with areas for sunning and relaxing. Beach time? Simply walk across the access road to the white sands. The condo has a coded entry so no key is required to enter the unit.
We also have you covered with beach essentials including towels, chairs, an umbrella and beach buggy. Parking for one (1) vehicle.
A small, intimate and secure 39 unit, 7 story building. The Lobby is accessed by code only, camera surveillance in lobby, halls, walkways and garage. Plenty of room for an enjoyable day at the beach or the beach side pool. Pool area includes a hot tub, cabana, lounge chairs, showers, bathrooms, and outdoor grills for your use. On-site parking and a secure lobby with luggage & shopping carts are readily available as well.
Entry to our space is secured with an electronic lock, set with a unique code just for you. I live nearby, and my team and I are always on hand to help with anything you need.

Summary: The unit was clean and tastefully decorated. It was also fully equipped with beach chairs, towels, etc. We especially enjoyed our morning coffee on the deck looking over the gulf and evening cocktails watching the sunset. The location was within reasonable walking distance to some nice restaurants, and we took advantage of the beach trolley to roam the up and down the island. The neighborhood had just the right mix of quiet and activity. Overall, a great stay. We'll be back!

Summary: The place was exactly as it appears in the images. The beach is amazing! The bird sanctuary was a little treat right next door. It allows my family to enjoy a holiday season like none before. Plenty of space and a beautiful view. Plus the beach accessories made for an easy trip down to the beach and renovated pool. Thank you and would love to stay again in the future. I also wanted to say thank you to the property manager for being extremely responsive to all our inquires along the way. Would 100% recommend this rental to anyone.

Summary: Condo was very clean, updated, and plenty of space and storage for our family of 5. The location was great with easy access to the beach and we enjoyed the gulf front pool and hot tub. The red tide, which was beyond anyone's control, created some hiccups for a few days, but the municipality cleaned the beach 2 days in a row and the effects of the red tide were soon forgotten.

Summary: We had a blast in spite of Red Tide. Luckily, San Remo has a nice pool that was roomy enough for everyone. Our condo was beautiful and very clean. Deborah was easy to talk to and very helpful. I’d definitely stay there again!
