In the area known as "The Narrows," this first-class, renovated beach-side gem has views of the Gulf's famous white-sand beaches and intracoastal waterway. You will see striking sunrises and the beautiful Boca Ciega Bay from your private balcony with access from the living room and master bedroom. Located on the sixth floor (7 stories up) and with only 39 units in this property, you can rest assured that a day at the large beach-side pool will be calming and relaxing. In addition to a large heated pool, the area also includes a hot tub, cabana, lounge chairs, showers, bathrooms, and grills. Grab some beach towels, beach chairs, and even a cooler (all provided) and head off to the virtually private beach for a day of fun in the sun, just steps away from your home away from home. This is an ideal vacation destination for multiple families or couples traveling together. In the suite, enjoy cooking in your fully equipped kitchen. The master bedroom is updated with King Beautyrest Luxury Memory Foam with BlackICE™ Nadia. The entire suite is outfitted with a salt-free water purifier. For your enjoyment, wireless internet and cable are provided on all TVs throughout. On-site parking and a lobby with luggage and shopping carts to help you get your belongings up to your suite are readily available as well. The unit has a coded entry so no key is required to enter the unit.
This renovated vacation rental is in the heart of it all. Just south of Park Blvd near the Seacoast Bird Sanctuary (admission is always FREE), you and your kids are going to love it! You're within walking distance to parks, tennis courts, breakfast & coffee shops. Just to name a few, ice cream (Candy Kitchen), pizza (Beach Pizza), and convenience stores are all within walking distance. Gulf Blvd is a hot spot for everything from entertainment, shopping, and eating, to simply strolling and sight-seeing. Make your way to John's Pass to experience fantastic waterfront restaurants, fabulous shopping, and water excursions, only five minutes south by car. Fifteen minutes north and you are at Clearwater Beach; here you will find award winning beaches, amazing restaurants, and incredible nightlife. The Pier 60 nightly sunset celebration is only 10 minutes north. St Pete/Clearwater airport is a short 20 minutes away; Tampa International Airport is 30 minutes away. Busch Gardens and Adventure Island are only 45 minutes away. Orlando, Disney, Universal and Sea World are all only 90 minutes away. Leave the car at home when exploring the local area; we have the Suncoast Beach Trolley which runs right outside your door. For only 5 dollars, you can jump on and off all day. Travel from Clearwater beach to St. Pete's Beach and all stops in between. The trolley, which spans a total of 20.7 miles each way, runs every 20 to 30 minutes from 5 am through 10:10 pm; or until midnight on Fridays and Saturdays. It even has free Wi-Fi! The Clearwater beach area is a wonderful place to spend the winter, visit spring training, get away for spring break or a much-needed summer vacation. Summary: Very very clean! Very nice pool area also We had access to a storage area with all the beach stuff needed. We left a few extra things for the next person If we decide to come back to the area . We will definitely book the same unit

Summary: Everything was easy. Parking close, getting the bell cart. We walked the dogs in the neighborhood. Went to the pool and beach. It was chill and many restaurants nearby. The hosts responded quickly with my questions. We loved the king bed.

Summary: We spent two weeks at this property and it was a great time. Location was very nice. Walking distance to a couple of restaurants and an ice cream shop. Jolly Trolly stops right at the building in both directions. Great beach and pool area (although the pool didn’t get open during our stay as they were still repairing it from the hurricane damage. Owners were fantastic to deal with.

Summary: My family and I stayed in this unit over Christmas. This was our fourth stay at San Remo, the first in this condo. We had an absolutely amazing time. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. It's close to many wonderful attractions and restaurants. The heated pool and beach are just steps away. I would absolutely stay in this unit again!
