Summary: Nice and well maintained property . We have stayed on this property numerous times . This was our first time in this condo and our first experience with this owner . Highly recommend this property to anyone . Enjoy and looking forward to enjoying once again .

Summary: We’ve stayed in the building before and always enjoy it! Only things we weren’t thrilled with was no control over AC, had to contact host any time we wanted it changed. More utensils are needed as the unit slept 7 people but we barely had enough utensils for everyone to use one before needed to wash

Summary: The host of the property left myriad instructions including not to use the comforters on the bed, which wasn’t clear to us because there really weren’t many other blankets in the condo (we had a family size of 6 staying in the condo). Our kids are 12, 8, 8, and 6 and at check out the host complained that there was sand in the condo (keep in mind this is a beach front property) and stated we left β€œa lot of food everywhere” after we even went to the trouble of surface cleaning prior to checkout, so all we can think of is typical crumbs left behind by kids. The check in process was challenging because the host required a lengthy phone call where she walked us through everything. We didn’t even get the condo number until we were on site. We had kids who had been traveling all day and were melting down and the long check in process had them waiting for an extended time in the car for us to be given the condo number and door key code. The condo itself is very nice and the host seems well intentioned and nice, but is a bit overbearing for a laid back large family. Better for an all adult trip.

Summary: We came to visit in mid-June, and had a wonderful stay. The property is clean, comfortable, and easy to find. The community pool is clean and was not crowded at all during our stay. The beach is a super short walk, also kept very clean and not crowded at all, even on the weekends. The owner is very nice and responsive to communication. I very highly recommend this property for your next Florida family vacation!

Summary: We are locals from Tampa so we are very familiar with the area. We stay here every year during the week of July 4th. We’ve stayed at different condos. This 3/3 was offered at a reasonable price compared to others in the area so we thought we would give it a try. The location is great. By far this is the most well stocked condo we’ve ever stayed in! The beach locker was a nice surprise. The key pad system for entering the lobby and unit are nice so you don’t have to worry about a key. Overall, a nice unit/condo. There were a few things that weren’t so great. One key fob to be shared for entering the pool area is ridiculous for a condo that accommodates 6 people. Although we had 2 parking passes, we did not have assigned parking spaces for this unit so if you lost your space you were out of luck. There was construction on the other side of the building but we knew about that before we booked the unit so I can’t complain. It wasn’t too bad. As far as the actual unit, I am not a fan of area rugs or carpet at the beach. I would prefer to stay in a unit that is carpet free. The appliances are a bit old and could use replacing but they work. Finally, the owner is VERY thorough with instructions including a personal tour, book of instructions and labels/signs throughout the unit. I could have done without the reminder at 9pm on the last night of our vacation not to break or take anything from the unit! It was a bit much.

Summary: This condo made our first stay in Redington Shores memorable. It has everything needed and wanted for a great vacation. The condo is spacious, clean, and the view is wonderful. The neighborhood was quiet and in close proximity to great restaurants. Clearwater, Tampa, and St. Petersburg were easy drives from the condo. The storage locker was amazing! It has everything needed for the beach and pool (chairs, toys, tent, beach wagon, etc.) Cyndi was quick to respond to any questions and gave us a lot of useful tips, hints, and information. We would definitely stay here again!
