Summary: Awesome location on main island, very well supplied that met all our needs kitchen, sleeping, beaching, grilling, pooling. We were able to witness 2 rocket launches on different nights from our building. Hunting for sand dollars and shells out off the sand bar is best. Met some other folks that have been coming to this very location for year's and years. They and us know the area well and have rented from others. When you find a good thing don't let it go. Thanks Gina for a very affordable and memorable trip. I don't want to go back to reality(work). See you next year

Summary: We had a wonderful time at Beach Cottages and Gina was very quick to respond when we had questions. Loved being on the first floor because it's the same floor to get the poo. It's also was easy access to parking. We will definitely be back!

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay. Property was clean. Had issue with air conditioning when we arrived and Gina got it taken care of quickly. Elevator was out but fixed also. Would recommend this property to anyone.

Summary: My family and I stayed for a week and it was wonderful!!! Condo is in a Great location close to everything and very well stocked! The beach is only a short walk through the parking garage! Beautiful beaches and not crowded at all. Will def be staying again!!!

Summary: This room was perfect for me and my family!! Well furnished, great location, beach wasn’t too crowded. My 6 year old son loves looking through binoculars at the birds in the bird sanctuary. The whole building was clean, nicely landscaped and well kept. One of my favorite features was trash drop was footsteps away without dragging bags down stairs all week. Gina was awesome to deal with and just a text away if I needed anything. I would gladly stay here again.

Summary: The condo was absolutely beautiful! The master bedroom and bathroom were my favorite part! There were plenty of linens for everyone. Beach supplies were supplied which was great! Only thing missing was a functional beach umbrella, but no worries! We grabbed one at a local store and left it behind for future guests to enjoy! Only downfall that I can even think of is that the bird sanctuary was getting a little smelly since we are in the prime heat of the season! Due to that, we did not get to enjoy the balcony as much as we would have liked. However, I did enjoy watching all the birds everyday. The pelicans were a blast! Easy access to the beach and pool. Definitely would recommend staying here to everyone!

Summary: We had a great time at this Indian Shores condo. It was spacious, had the comforts of home, and was steps away from the beach and pool. Most of the photos were accurate to what we experienced, but what they didn’t show are that the third bedroom is in the laundry room. It got very hot and the room was a little dirty. Also, the TV in the living room didn’t work. We asked the property owner about it and we were ignored. The balcony was huge, but you could only see a sliver of the ocean from the balcony which was a small letdown. Overall, we had a great time for a pretty good price for the whole week. I would recommend this condo to those wanting a more laid back vacation away from the busier cities of Clearwater or St. Pete.
