North Cyprus, near Kyrenia. This Stunning Stone Villa offers a blend of contemporary living and character features. Spacious living area includes a large open plan fully equipped modern kitchen with dishwasher, substantial lounge with cathedral beamed ceiling, inside dining area, stone walls and an open fireplace. There are 3 comfortable bedrooms. Walk up the curved marble staircase to the sunny en-suite master bed, overlooking the pool, with a pitched beamed ceiling & double doors leading to the large balcony/terrace with sea & spectacular mountain views. Perfect for entertaining or sunbathing. Downstairs are 2 bright double aspect twin bedrooms with garden and pool views. Family style bathroom with bath/shower. Outside the extensive terrace offers a 10x5 private pool with roman end steps, sun beds, beautiful shaded outside room, seating and BBQ-perfect for al fresco dining on hot Cyprus days or warm Cyprus evenings. All set in an extensive stone walled garden with pine and olive trees for seclusion and your own lemon and orange trees. All within close proximity to the sea. Free Wi Fi included. Located a very short drive to great restaurants, bars, shops, beaches, water sports and Aqua park.
How to get there: Flights to Cyprus are available from various UK airports including Heathrow, Gatwick, Stanstead, Manchester, Belfast & Glasgow. There are two ways to fly. You can fly to the North Cyprus airport called Ercan. This takes you via Turkey where you land for 45 minutes. The journey from Ercan airport is about 45 minutes. Alternatively, you can fly direct into Larnaca in the South and we can arrange a taxi transfer direct to the villa. Car hire is recommended and a vehicle can be delivered to the villa or picked up at Ercan airport. Rates are very reasonable and competitive. We are happy to advise you on flights and car hire.

The 3 bedroom North Cyprus, Kyrenia region Villa is just 20 minutes drive west from Kyrenia in the delightful village of Karsiyaka. We chose this stunning location for its rural setting surrounded by a variety of olive and fruit trees yet close to the sea with amazing views of the mountain range. Walk to the local traditional shops, where the locals drink their Turkish coffee or buy your groceries in the many supermarkets or open air markets with their mountains of fresh fruit and vegetables. A short drive to an extensive choice of superb restaurants. North Cyprus is very friendly and safe. Cars drive on the same side as England. English is widely spoken. Sterling can be used in shops and restaurants. This is a foreign holiday with all the benefits.
This unspoiled region has a wonderful climate. April and May are simply beautiful with the flowers bursting into life. Summary: Me and my 2 girl friends spent a terrific week together luxuriating in Tessa's lovely house. The house is really beautiful and it is so clear that it is a much loved home that has been lived in by the thoughtful owners - not just a holiday home. Tessa has put so much care and thought into everything right down to leaving welcoming bowls of nuts out for guests to nibble on in any one of the many comfortable seating areas inside and out. It's so well thought out - no matter what time of day you can choose to be in shade or in glorious sun. The pool is amazing (& no wonder as it is cleaned twice a week) The location is very convenient for lots of great spots to eat out & explore along the coast. Apart from the house itself I really must say a HUGE thank you to Lena who manages the house and came round to check we were alright. Lena was an invaluable source of local information. We had a such a lovely week. Thanks Tessa & Lena!!!

Summary: Hi Tessa Loved the villa and the location. Beds really comfy Didn't miss any of the football due to the excellent sky tv. Only areas would improve is the cleanliness of the bbq and the pool. Out of the 5 of us 3 of us ended up with ear infections. In the 3 weeks we were there only seen the pool getting cleaned 3 times However would not put us off staying here again as this is out of Tessa hands as clearly the pool contractors issue. Great Holiday

Summary: Stayed for 2 weeks in August. Beautiful villa offering everything you need for a private break in the sun. Comfortable clean surroundings and great outdoor space. Easy drive to the shops and the fish restaurant down the road is a ten minute walk and well worth a visit. In face we went several times. Tessa the owner responds quickly to emails and was helpful in recommending information re, car hire and airport transfers. Hope to go back one day.

Summary: We had an excellent stay in October 2018. The house was as described and a very good layout for the 6 of us that stayed. All the pre-trip correspondence with Tessa was very smooth. We found the beds a little hard, but apart from that everything was great. The outside seating areas and the pool area were perfect. We went to Şirin Yalı restaurant 3 times in the week we were there because the food was excellent and great value. The people so friendly and couldn't do enough for us - it's a 10 minute walk from the house. As noted by Tessa, you do need a car. Hopefully we'll be back.

Summary: We stayed here for 5 weeks, July into August. We read the reviews before we booked and can confirm a couple of things. The villa is situated in a residential neighbourhood where actual people live. They have lives and pets. Dogs do bark. There are cats. They keep the mice away. I know what I prefer. We had no issues with transferring food from the kitchen to the table located in the house or the one outside. There were plenty of shaded seating areas where the kids could hide from the sun before throwing themselves into the very clean pool. The house is near a fabulous pizza restaurant (at the end of the road) and not far from Lapta where there are many good restaurants to chose from which cater for all tastes. The wifi was excellent and reliable. The windows and doors have fly screens which are a big plus especially as leaving the doors open to catch a breeze in the really hot weather is essential. We really enjoyed our stay. I would say a car is essential. If I could manage to fit in 5 weeks next year, I would. Tessa is efficient and made the booking process really easy.

Summary: We stayed at Villa Vici from 16/06/18-30/06/18. The booking process was quick and easy and Tessa was quick to respond to our numerous inquiries about the travelling to the Villa and the surrounding area. The Villa was spacious and the furnishings and fitting had been chosen with great care and taste, giving the place a very homely feel. The garden was large and beautifully maintained and the pool was absolutely lovely. The kitchen was well equipped and we had everything required to prepare and serve wonderful meals. We loved the surrounding area and enjoyed swimming in the warm ocean and eating in many of the restaurants. The closest restaurant Sirin yali right by the sea was charming and the food and service was superb. We had numerous feline and one canine visitor who provided us with endless entertainment! We found it very difficult to motivate ourselves to leave the Villa for any length of time because it was so nice spending time in the Villa and garden. We thoroughly recommend this property which ideally suited our needs.

Summary: The four of us enjoyed the stay very much. Nice lay and an extremely good outside area for eating, playing and relaxing. Wonderful pool for our multiple daily swims. Couple of issues for us were the hard bed mattresses, TV never worked, outside area covered with dust from inconsiderate neighbour, stray cats everywhere, barking dogs, noisy birds all day, poor lighting and dining room table could have been closer to the kitchen. We used the main patio dining table for most of out outside use and it would have been nice to have a decent light, a ceiling fan and the shade needed replacing.

Summary: Perfect holiday for relaxing around the pool which is maintained regularly and was spotless. Pool is feed from freshwater well at front of property via a pump so stays full of clean, cool fresh water throughout the very hot summer months. Villa very clean and well equipped with everything you need for a great holiday. The local restaurants we went to recommended by Tessa were all good , the only one I would add to the list which was a favourite of ours is Frankie s American diner, which does a very authentic Kentucky fried chicken. This is the perfect holiday if you want to go out and about to the places of interest or just have some peace and quiet to relax. We hopefully will be back again soon. Thanks Tessa.

Summary: Tessa's home is faultless. There are stunning little touches that instantly make the villa feel like a home to anyone who visits. We stayed for a week and it just wasn't long enough.
