Large and spacious 4 bedroom villa located in Lapta. The property is in excellent condition, newly decorated throughout, minutes distance from the coastal walk and beach of Sardunya.
The villa sleeps a maximum of 8 adults and 2 children (with single bed and cot), has a 10x5 metre pool, not overlooked, with various terraces, lovely sea and mountain views. The ground floor benefits from a bright, open plan kitchen that leads into the dining area and sitting room.
There is a double bedroom on the ground floor with direct access to the pool area. As well as a large shower room also on this level, avoiding the need to go upstairs. The master bedroom and ensuite are to be found upstairs as well as 2 further bedrooms and a newly fitted bathroom. All the rooms are bright allowing sea or mountain views and are fully air-conditioned.
On arrival you will receive a welcome pack with everything you need for your stay, including information on the villa and local recommendations.
Local transport is very easy to navigate and inexpensive. We can also recommend a wonderful car rental company on request.

Summary: Large villa with beautiful pool and outside space was perfect for me and my extended family ! We were a family including grandparents and teenage children and a young baby - the villa was perfect for our needs. Begona was excellent from booking to departure and communication Was excellent. The property manager (Mehmet) very helpful and on hand if required - we didn’t need anything but he checked in on us by message a couple of times to ensure all ok which was nice of him. Thank you Begona for everything and we would not hesitate to recommend your property for a stay in Northern Cyprus - great location to explore the island !

Summary: Nothing was checked if it worked spent a fortune on batteries for all remote controls, dishwasher tray broken plaster falling off inside walls all outside furniture broken cushions filthy and ripped. Flower pot large by patio cigarette bits and cat muck, no washing line completely broken no fans worked. Telly didn’t work lots wrong very poor villa.

Summary: We had a two week stay at this lovely villa. Fabulous pool,great weather super speedy response with any questions or queries we had from owner and manager. The only downside for us was the restaurants on the strip were too far to walk so we needed a car as we really struggled to get taxis after trying several taxi company’s. We used the bus ( on the main road) during the second week which was very cheap to get up and down the strip and into Kyrenia. Overall good stay! The villa is comfortable and well equipped for large groups. We all loved the costal cafe for breakfast - super friendly owner great English & Turkish breakfasts 😃 The wild duck restaurant/ bar was great for a midday cocktail and we enjoyed lovely meals at sea point and driftwood restaurants. Summary: Such an amazing place to stay! Honestly couldn't have asked for any more. The pool was just perfect, especially the steps for my toddler and disabled mother. It was easily accessible, and provided hours of entertainment in the beautiful sunshine. The downstairs bedroom and bathroom was brilliant for my disabled mother, no need to try and climb the stairs. The support from Begona and Mehmet was much appreciated. Our first night the street had a power cut, Mehmet came straight over and called the electricity board to ensure they we're coming to fix it. He made sure in the early hours of the morning that it got fixed- this was hugely appreciated. Would definitely look at booking this villa again. The location was perfect to drive around and see the sights of North Cyprus.

Summary: Where do you start with this Villa? It has everything you need and more for a great time. Villa is spotless, pool is huge, lots of areas to chill and spend time with family. Stunning views of the sea and mountains from the upstairs bedrooms. Couldn’t ask for anything more. Mehmet the property manager met us on arrival with a welcome hamper and a bottle of wine which was a lovely added touch. Communication with Begoña was great and she was able to recommend things to do in the area. We will be back!

Summary: What a beautiful house! Everything has been thought of from beach and pool towels to barbecue and welcome pack. Begona was superb and ever so helpful before we arrived and Mehmet, the property manager, continued that experience. I can’t fault them or the house. The pool was stunning and everything we could wish for was there. Local restaurants were all great and everyone was so friendly. Thank you Begona and Mehmet for making our holiday so joyous. Would definitely come again and most definitely recommend this property.

Summary: Hassle free holiday rental . Good location very peaceful and quiet. Lovely pool area with excellent sun beds and ample shade if required. Comfy beds and excellent air conditioning in the bedrooms
