Location Location Location this one is perfect. Villa Georgina in Karsiyaka combines a magic of Cyprus with the calm, peaceful Mediterranean sea. Look out from its windows or from the terrace all you can see is either mountain or sea views. There is a small beach and cove in front of the Villa.
Villa Georgina has four double bedrooms and can accommodate up to 8 people. The villa is built to a high standard, furnished with a wooden and leather items. Its all about outdoor living in Northern Cyprus and this Villa is exceptional with beautiful new outdoor furniture and the most amazing sunsets of an evening. Villa has BBQ and pool size is 10x5, beach towels are NOT provided.

The Villa is located approx. 40 minutes from Ercan Airport or 1 Hour 20 minutes from Larnaca International Airport. Flights from most UK airports via Istanbul to Ercan (1 hour stopover minimum, generally) Airport pick up & car hire can be arranged if required
Distances:
There are local supermarkets only a short distance away. The beaches run right along the coast road, with local buses stopping all the time. A car may be advisable.
In Kyrenia there is a splendid Venetian harbour, around which are many restaurants and bars. It is said to be the prettiest harbour in the Mediterranean.

Summary: The house is clearly well maintained and cared for by the owners, who checked in a couple of times during the week to make sure all was Ok. The cold water dispenser was a lovely touch which we appreciated. Lovely and immaculately clean pool. Pool towels were provided which was a nice surprise as it had said they were not in the description on VRBO. Best supermarket was BestMar a few miles down the road towards Girne/Kyrenia

Summary: Idyllic location very close to the sea. Private and not overlooked by anyone, very quiet. Well maintained and spotlessly clean. Villa owner who lives locally is very amenable and helpful, nothings too much trouble. The perfect place to relax and listen to the sound of the sea and the birds.

Summary: We are regular visitors to this area and this has been by far the nicest property we have had. The uninterrupted views across the sea and the sunsets were fantastic! Summary: Wonderful house, with wonderful views. Away from it all, if you like hustle and bustle this is not for you. If you like peace and quiet then this is your house! Felt like home with everything you needed. Loved the little walks down to deserted coves for swimming. The owners were helpful and close by if needed. Lots of great seafront restaurants just a short drive (or taxi journey) away. We did walk to some but we don’t mind the 30 min walk. The house is a gem!

Summary: The villa was in a quiet area close to a private beach bay. The villa was modern and clean with excellent facilities. The owners were at the villa to greet us and they took the time to answer all of our questions. They left their contact details, and were on hand for anything we required. They were extremely hospitable, and visited a couple of times to see if we needed anything. The villa was easy to find and within walking distance of several restaurants. Well worth a visit.
