Villa Tanyeli means early morning wind, as the breeze blows pick the oranges from the trees in the garden. The villa is set at the foot of the Kyrenia mountain range yet only minutes from the sea. While cooking on the BBQ take in the views of the mountains and chill and relax around your own private pool. This is a 3 bedroomed villa with en-suite to the master bedroom,.
Beach towels are provided, stone barbeque, pool size is 10x5 meters.
Coast/Beach:
The nearest beach called Sardunya with beach bar and sailing activities. There is also another beach called Guzelyali 10 minutes away where the turtles hatch. The hatchlings you can arrange to visit at sunset.
There are many beaches along the Kyrenia coastline which are worth a visit: Camelot, Escape, Denizkizi.
And many spas and casinos at most large hotels.
Travel:
The Villa is located approx. 40 minutes from Ercan Airport or 1 Hour 20 minutes from Larnaca International Airport. Flights from most UK airports via Istanbul to Ercan (1 hour stopover minimum, generally) Airport pick up & car hire can be arranged if required
Distances:
There are local supermarkets only a short distance away. The beaches run right along the coast road ,with local buses stopping all the time. A car may be advisable. In Kyrenia there is a splendid Venetian harbour, around which are many restaurants and bars. It is said to be the prettiest harbour in the Mediterranean.

Summary: We feel the property is looking a little tired on the inside and outside and could do with a coat of pain. The position of the property was very good, nice and quiet with no through traffic. Excellent views to the mountains. The pool was of an excellent size and standard and on occasions was quite cool, I think this could be due to the filtering times, it came on every 1.5 hrs and even filtered during the night. It had a well equipped kitchen. A small handy supermarket only a few mins walk away which was handy for basic groceries. A cool bag would have been handy for those days out to keep items cool. The listing shows a bath in the main bathroom, this has now been updated to a nice shower room. We had a lovely 3 weeks stay in the villa and overall was not dissapointed

Summary: We loved the pool with mountain views. The short access to the beach was also good. Dogs barking at night were a little hard to tolerate, so windows had to be shut. We hope to come back

Summary: Wouldn’t hesitate to rebook!! The villa is gorgeous, the pool and garden really well maintained. Really close to everything but still very private. 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Summary: Absolutely loved it the only downside for us is we would have liked to have been a bit closer to the bars other than that very relaxing could have stayed longer and thank you to all the villa book staff first class

Summary: We stayed towards the end of the season so most activities were closed. However there were some nice beaches nearby, restaurants were open and the weather was 28 degrees every day. Spent a lot of time around the pool and just relaxing.

Summary: The villa is a little remote, so you will need a hire car, unless you want to rely on the local minibuses. The villa itself is very nice with a good size pool that is well cared for. The gardens are a bit overgrown especially at the front with gives a slightly unkempt feel but that is only a minor issue. The villa has all mod cons, washing machine, wifi, aircon etc. The aircon was useful at night as neighbouring villa kept their dogs outside which barked pretty much all night so we couldn't just have the windows open. We tried for a couple of nights but got no sleep. Windows shut, aircon on job done. Just bear in mind you will use more electricity. Plenty of good nearby restaurants and with a car you can explore the more off the beaten tracks places. All in all a lovely break, Jaquie and Barry friendly and efficient! Thank you!

Summary: Outstanding again ! Second time back to Lapta and this time we split our break between Villa's Tanyelli and Toscana for a 17 night trip. Both were superb. The organisation from start to finish - the taxi's, the car hire, attention to detail and cleanliness in each villa, advice, support and guidance was above and beyond all expectations. Jacquie and Barry are quite simply, 'The Best'. As a family of four we have found that all aspects of Cyprus and Villabook meet all our needs. We have never holidayed anywhere three years on the bounce, but will will be back next year for more of the same. 10 out of 10 - but please dont tell everyone !! Regards,
