Welcome to Side B of this charming two-unit home, where you can savor a touch of Palm Springs amid Savannah's rich history and southern hospitality. This historic residence features old-world charm, including a live oak draped in Spanish moss, a shared above-ground pool, a gazebo, and beautiful outdoor spaces. Original terrazzo floors add to the allure, all nestled in a historic fishing village just minutes from downtown. We provide both professional photos and real-time images from our cleaning team, ensuring you know exactly what to expect.
Our above-ground pool is shared between units, is open year-round, and is not heated. Inquire if you have questions.
The studio apartment is a tastefully converted and fully finished former garage, and is furnished with a small kitchenette with microwave and kitchen essentials, a queen bed, and two pull out sofa beds. There is also a large walk-in spa-style shower. Guests have access to the outside spaces that may be shared with guests who are renting out Side A. The entire home is available for rental as well.
NOTE: we have weekly maintenance and cleaning performed on our pool. The pool services do not take long and will not disrupt your stay. We will need access to the yard/pool area if you stay with us on service day. Thanks for understanding!

Summary: Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience with this property. We were informed the day before our stay that the pool needed to be cleaned after a storm came through and it wouldn't be usable the first couple days of our stay. Though this was a bummer, it was understandable. When we arrived, the pool was green and had algae growing in it. When a couple of days had gone by with no update and no maintenance performed on the pool, I inquired about it, and was informed that the pool's motor was broken and it wouldn't be fixed during our stay. The pool was the number one reason that we booked the property. It was apparent that the pool had not been properly maintained for some time prior to our arrival. I was very disappointed with how this was handled and it had a very negative impact on our trip and experience.
