Positive: Great location between Savannah and Tybee Island. I like that most of the rooms had ceiling fans. Air conditioner worked well. Nice new fridge, stove, and sink.

Negative: Living room furniture was small and not very comfortable. Bed's were hard. No vent fan in bathroom and paint was peeling off the painted tiles.

Summary: Overall nice stay good value.

Positive: The location was perfect. The decor was inviting.

Negative: The peeling paint in the bath tub. The broken blinds in the kitchen and bathroom. The lights kept going out in the dining room when it rained. Small ant problem.
