Positive: This house was absolutely amazing. The location was perfect, right in between downtown,the island, and the aquarium. Peaceful and quiet location as well. Game room was nice as well and spacious enough for all of us.

Positive: This house was perfect for what we needed! We had a group of 5 adults who all wanted their own room, and this was one of the few affordable houses that supported that. One person slept on the sofa in the game room. This bed was quite firm, but at least we were all able to have a separate room. We also loved having the outdoor space right off the kitchen. We had breakfast out there every morning. There is a large table with 8 chairs and a grill (we didn't try that), and pretty string lights for evening. The location was perfect for us - a quiet residential area in between Tybee and downtown. The house also had a closet full of things for the beach (2 chairs and a couple umbrellas that attached to the chairs) that we used. There was also some baby stuff that would be helpful for those with young children. The host was very communicative, checking on us daily to see if we had any issues or needed anything. There was a keypad on the front door, so arrival was easy. Overall, a great experience!

Negative: It would be nice to have an umbrella, or a shade sail or something similar, for the outdoor table on the back patio. It was fine without it during the time of our visit but once it gets hotter out it would be hard to be out there without shade.

Positive: The stuff checked on us and made sure everything was good or if we needed anything. I like how big the house was and the kids having a play room. I enjoyed having a TV in my room and that their were two bathrooms in the house. And having a washer and dryer there was so nice.
