Summary: We stayed at this property for a short trip and had an overall average experience. The biggest advantage of the rental is its great location—very close to downtown and River Street, which made exploring the area convenient. The loft room was spacious, and the ability to park on the driveway was definitely a plus. However, there were several issues that impacted our stay. The TV only worked intermittently, requiring multiple plug-unplug cycles to get it running. The larger microwave didn’t work, though a smaller backup one was available. The chimney wasn’t functional, the toilet flush was inconsistent, and the floor wasn’t clean when we arrived. Adding to the inconvenience, we were not allowed even a 5-minute late checkout, which felt unnecessarily rigid given the circumstances. A bit of flexibility would’ve gone a long way in improving the guest experience. If your priority is location and you’re okay with some maintenance issues and strict check-out policies, this place might still work. But with some improvements, it could be a much more enjoyable stay.

Summary: We stayed here while we were down in Savannah to see our son for SCAD's Parent/Alumni Weekend. This was a nice little place in a decent location. It was easy access to downtown Savannah but off the beaten path a little, so it was very quiet.The house was very clean and exactly as advertised. We enjoyed our visit.

Summary: Loved the place however loses a star for parking. If a place accomodates 6 people, there should be room for 2 cars. That was a major problem as I was coming down from the Atlanta area and my sister was coming up from Florida. We had to have her park her car in Savannah, I had to go pick her up then drive back to the house. Very inconvenient. When I kept reaching out to find out to try and find where she could park her car, I was just told to google parking lots by the house. This was very frustrating as I did not know this area. Aside from the parking issues, I thought the place was very nice.

Summary: This place was awesome! We really enjoyed the quaintness and friendly neighbors. It was super clean and worked out great for us. If I could. Change anything it would be the initial smell when we walked in, it was like a dead animal smell. It faded away, but every else was perfect. Highly recommended and would love to stay here again!!

Summary: We enjoyed our stay. It was clean and the beds were comfy. A different set up would have been nice since we like to play cards and the table was a little tricky for that but we felt with it. Having a real meal there would have been tricky with the dining table. Would have to do buffet style. Location was great.
