Summary: We love this place so much! This is our second year for our fall retreat for our college Christian club. It is so spacious. You can't beat having all the bathrooms too. Our only issue is the kitchen sometimes is not well equipped, but Family Dollar is across the street so it's not a problem. Maybe message Scott before you come to make sure you don't need to bring extra things for the kitchen. Scott is amazing and super responsive.

Summary: Twenty-eight of us stayed for four days and sewed and laughed and ate and enjoyed! We loved the conveniences nearby, especially the grocery store with a quilt shop inside!! Check-in and check out was easy. I only heard one complaint about rooms not being spectacularly clean. But overall it was an amazing stay!Scott was amazing to work with and even procured a few more tables for us to sew on ☺️

Summary: Very spacious property with a good mix of public and private spaces. Beds were comfortable, kitchen- well supplied. Loa is a lovely little spot close to beautiful hikes and vistas. We spent time at Fish Lake and Capitol Reef and loved our time together!

Summary: Our family enjoyed private bedrooms with bathrooms. It was easy to store and prepare food in the kitchen. The dining room was nice for eating and playing games. We had family gatherings each night in the downstairs rooms. The manager was attentive to our needs.

Summary: We had 20 of us, everybody had room to chill and we had great space to gather for games And laughs. Scott the manager was very helpful and accommodating. An incredible trip we will not forget

Summary: We were warm and comfortable throughout our stay. The new refrigerator was a great addition. Cleanup expectations were more clearly defined and this was helpful for us. We will definitely return.

Summary: We had a group of about 30 and had plenty of space. There is room for 46 people in beds, but there are also couches in some of the rooms and a ton of floor space for sleeping bags and air mattresses. The beds are super comfy! There are 15 bathrooms! There is a small refrigerator and microwave in each bedroom. Also there is a large dining area and a large area in the basement for gathering with a tv. There are a few more rooms that don't have anything in them that you can gather in or sleep in. The kitchen is a large industrial kitchen. It is only equipped with plates and cups for about 30 or so. You need to bring extra if you are feeding more than that. There is a dollar general and grocery store across the street that you can walk to. There is also a hardware store within walking distance. The communication was amazing and you can't beat the price. So worth it.

Summary: First reaction of everyone when they first arrived was. Holy Cow this is amazing. There was so much room and old building charm. Four families totaling 7 adults and 13 children had plenty of space to spread out and nice areas to come together. There are a few negative points worth mentioning. The cleaning requirements were extensive for check out and it took us 2 full hours do do everything they wanted done. We definitely left it better then we found it as well. It's a big building and we found plenty of evidence of past guests. The kitchen is a hodge podge of odds and ends with only one small fridge. And we spent quite a bit of time searching for light switches but never did figure out how to turn off the basement hall lights.If you like firm mattresses then these beds will work great. Bottom line is the old building charm and space made this a great home base to explore Capitol Reef and Bryce Canyon while enjoying some pickle pie from the Sunglow Inn in neighboring Bicknell.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay in Loa, Utah. The people were so friendly. The grocery store has a quilt store tucked in the corner. The staff at Family Dollar were very kind to our children. Best of all, the inn had large rooms and everyone had space when they needed it, and gathering areas when we wanted to get together.
