Positive: Nothing not to like other than what I said below about the sound transmission through the walls at night. I would suggest not to say that breakfast is included, and instead specifically say what breakfast items are available 24 hours. --- Because most people think of breakfast as at least eggs and rolls or toast etc.

Negative: The walls of this house are not well insulated against sound transmission so you can hear the muffled voices of the people on the other side of the wall. How bad a problem that is depends on the individual and how loud the voices are. It wasn't a big deal but I guess it could have been a bigger problem than it was. I would suggest posting a sign asking guests to keep voice levels down after 8 pm.

Positive: It was very clean and spacious room.

Negative: It was very noisy, near the freeway. Not much of a breakfast it's just 1 sugary cereal and 1 sugary oatmeal. Coffee is not enough for all the guests. By the time we got up, it was gone. 1 tiny habd towel for 2 people. The bed was not comfortable at all.

Negative: Instead of saying free breakfast, say cereal & milk provided. There was loud noise when using shower so, had to take really fast shower or turn water on & off often to be considerate of others.

Positive: BREAKFAST SEEMED Quite lean, but something. Hot oatmeal cereal packets were good. Otherwise only a childrens ⁶very sugary type cereal. Sunny-D Tang like orange drink and milk and choice of hot cocoa packet and I think Coffee.. I would suggest adding herbal teas and cream of wheat packets and another no suigar cold cereal.

Negative: It seemed to be a Very Regulated breakfast.

Summary: The bed was firm enough yet very comfy. We had a good restful sleep.

Positive: Our room (#15) with attached bathroom was large, private, and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. It was nice to have access to a kitchen as well. The entire guesthouse was spotlessly clean.
