Positive: The location was great! Close to restaurants and shopping.

Negative: The computer system was down. The employees did not know how to handle the situation. The staff wanted us to fiscally give them our credit card to hold in order for us to be cheked into a room. We refused, but we allowed them to write the number down, which is still risky. The staff guaranteed us that the number would be safe and it would be properly disposed of. They did not have a king available, so we were given 2 double beds. Our reservation was for 1 king. My wife and I slept in separate beds due to doubles being so small. We could not get into our room. The lock and door was broken. The employee said we just had to be forceful with the door, and he came up and showed us how to do it. My wife could not open the door due to the issues with the door. When the room is dark, you can see light all around the door, it did not fit the frame properly. It appears that someone tried to break into the room at some point, and it has never been replaced. We could jiggle the whole door. It does not seem safe.

Negative: The shower faucet wasn’t working - it only did super hot water. The in-unit AC also didn’t work great. It couldn’t cool down the room. We were only in the room for a quick 10 hour turnaround between layover flights so we didn’t bother to report these issues to the staff. Had we planned to stay longer we probably would have switched rooms so we could shower without 2nd degree burns.

Summary: Hot water, hot air but clean and remodeled and quiet.

Positive: The breakfast had a great variety of food options. I liked the view from the hotel. I also liked how close it was to everything we wanted to do.

Negative: The shower pressure was really weak. I think it needed a new shower head.
