@ Discount Price!!!$$$ This cozy, remodeled Basement Apartment is close to everything! easy freeway access, Super close to State St and University Parkway. Close to Markets, Malls, Restaurants, Banks, BYU, UVU, Walmart, BYU, MTC, UVU, etc, etc, etc. you name it!
*Remodeled*Clean with Beautiful Bar Kitchenette, with new, big size fridge, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker.
SPACE:
This recently remodeled basement has a Beautiful Master Bedroom with a walking closet and own bathroom. Electric Fireplace in the Living Room! and a 50" Smart TV
-The kitchenette seats 4, has the necessary cutlery utensils, paper plates, and cups. It also has a great size fridge, microwave, and toaster.
-Desk and chair available in the hallway.
- High-speed Internet Wi-Fi

FYI: We also rent the other side of the house as a vacation rental if you would like to use it for bigger groups, you are more than welcome to do that. We can simply unlock the stairs door and you will have access to a bigger space that sleeps, total 26 guests! The space in the description is fully yours as the upstairs has a separate entrance but with the facility to open it up if you desire.
Please respect Quiet time from 10:00PM-8:00 AM. Same thing I have asked from them so everybody can be happy :)
***The Sofa located in the Living room used to be a sofa bed. However, it got jammed by past guests, and I am not listing it as an extra sleeping arrangement anymore. If you need extra sleeping arrangements, I have provided 1 twin folding bed. You are welcome to bring extra Air mattresses or wherever you might need.
SUPPLIES:
We provide fresh sheets, blankets, towels, hand soap, iron, iron board, hangers, toaster, paper plates, cups, and plastic cutlery.
GUEST ACCESS:
-You will have access to a basement apartment with a breakfast bar kitchenette, a master bedroom, 1 full bath. The living room has a door for privacy if you are planing to come with an extra guests! I will provide and extra twin size folding bed and you are welcome to bring extra Air mattresses or wherever you might need.
- Parking is on the Street.
-The Park located behind the Backyard is PRIVATE PROPERTY and we are not allowed to go there. We have beautiful parks just 5 mins away :)
I like to give my guests a feeling of a vacation home, so I won t show up unless you need me, I ll be happy to be there for you! :)
I am super accessible if you need me I will be available to help you with anything you might need and answer any questions during your stay.
Love this neighborhood! Quiet, nice. You drive a couple of minutes and you will be in the in the middle of State St and University Parkway where you will find markets, malls, restaurants, stores, etc.

Summary: Our stay would have been better had we had assigned parking. Many times we had to park up the street or across the street, Causing concern with the neighbors. We did have limited supply of paper plates and cups and the water ran out. The owner did not respond to my request for more water.

Summary: I think it is only fair if I give this property a complete and thourough review. So here goes.... Location- 5 out of 5. This property is incredibly easy to get to and and centrally located to anything and everything you could want. Owner- 4 out of 5. Jenny was responsive and quick to address issues. Evn in the middle of the night. Actual Apartment- 1 out of 5. This place is clean. The rate was wonderful so it is hard to complain. But alas I have to for future guests. The "living room" is just another bedroom. The couch in it is completely broken and unusable. The pull out bed is broken as well and unusable. The problem is it has been like that for a while and the owner didnt mention it or update their listing. They have two roll away cots but they are for small children at best not anyone over 5 feet tall. The Master bedroom does not have a walkin closet. The room is small and bed uncomfortable. The bathroom is tiny but usable. The apartment in the basement doesnt have any ventilation. There are no heating or AC ducts. There is one small window in the bathroom and we had to leave that open for air movement. The upstairs house apparently hols up to 19 people and I dont care how quiet they tryto be it is insanely loud. We could hear their TVs and talking and the footsteps were unbearable. The guests above us had several small children who ran around all night and kept us awake. We did finally contact Jenny at 2 AM one morning and she contacted the upstairs people and asked them to stop. They mostly did. Its not their fault thought there just isnt any insulation or noise cancelling between the floors and ceiling. Now the really scary part. There is one way into the basemant apartment and after you pass the kitchenet there is a small hallway with a door that locks from the outside!!!! and not the inside. So anyone who would be able to enter the basement could have locked us in and we wouldnt have been able to get out. Overall I wish I could give it a better score but 2 out of 5 is all I can do. The price as great. The bad was worse than the good was good. If we stayed here again we would rent the upstairs and not the downstairs.

Summary: I came to get my son set up at college at UVU and this was a great location. We enjoyed the decor and appreciated the room heaters available on the chilly nights. It is important to know that you can hear the others who are staying in the house above the apartment and also it is heated by a hot water system and you can hear the pipes, so I suggest a fan or ear plugs if you are sensitive to sound. The owners were very prompt at answering text messages, and I truly appreciated them allowing us early check in since we had been traveling since 3am. I will look up this spot again when we return to visit.

Summary: Super cute, clean, and tidy small rental perfect for one person or couple. Could fit more but it's pretty cozy and there's only one bathroom so I would recommend a smaller group. The bed and pillows were super comfortable and the place was very nice. Wonderful location only minutes away from the city of Orem and right down the road from Provo and multiple parks/trails. Safe and quiet neighborhood too. When tenants are staying above you upstairs you can hear them walking around or hear water in the pipes from time to time but it didn't really bother me. I never even saw the other renters. There is a nice little bar in the kitchen with a fridge, freezer, and microwave but no kitchen sink or stove so be prepared for that. Absolutely no complaints, wonderful experience!!

Summary: Everything was extremely clean. I did remove a scented plug in because the chemicals were quite strong. I opened the windows and aired it out and it was fine. Getting in and out was a breeze, and the surrounding area was quiet and beautiful. The walls are a bit thin and noise from other guests carried. If I stay here again, a sound machine might be a good addition. The decor is super cute, and the bedding and mattress were extremely comfortable! Thank you for being just what I needed.

Summary: We loved the space and it was perfect for our stay. Just enough kitchen for us to eat breakfast and then head out. The beds was comfortable and there was plenty of room for us and our two girls. I would recommend staying here.
