Positive: Size of the room, location, comfortable beds and nice indoor hot tub/pool

Negative: Cleanliness of the room (our room didn’t get cleaned one day and it was very poorly cleaned another day, with wet towels left on the floor and beds only partially made/very sloppy) and breakfast quality, and key cards not working (and having to be replaced every single day) and limited parking.

Summary: Overall it was a nice room but cleaning service and room cards were poor
