Summary: Nice space, however cleaning crew needs to be replaced. Dishes weren’t really clean, stained furniture, ant infestation, no beach equipment/ cleaning items, SPIDERS in the bedrooms, NO Grill as pictured, and not enough towels & wash clothes.

Summary: Nice place great location but… a/c didn’t work in living room so they have a small window unit in living room that is not sufficient to cool the first floor. And worst of all is the downstairs bedroom smelled VERY strongly of some kind of chemical to the point that we could not sleep in it without getting a headache and feeling sick. Disappointing when you consider the amount of money this cost. And could not use grill as the grates are completely rusted

Summary: This home is in a great location - close to the beach (within walking distance), ideal walking and driving distance to restaurants, and good driving distance to the boardwalk. The home is a great size for a family of 7 or 8. The home is in a safe and quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. There were some issues within the home as it could have been cleaner and have newer appliances. Overall, we had a nice time. But, we will choose to stay at another home next time.

Summary: Great location and layout for vacation with 2 families. Nice showers, perfect for getting everyone clean after a day in the sand. However, beds were unbelievably uncomfortable and there were ants on the kitchen counter.
