Summary: We have stayed at this property a handful of times now and it is always wonderful! A well furnished and fully stocked home, soo close to the beach and restaurants! Plenty of parking, a nice front porch as well as a beautiful backyard area!

Summary: We had a great trip at Bill’s house! We were looking for a house close to the beach with two bathrooms and three rooms and that’s exactly what we found. When we had a question and messaged Bill, he responded right away! The house is literally half a block to the light, And then walk a block to the beach! I would definitely stay here again!

Summary: Couldn't recommend this stay enough. Communication with the host was very easy (and hands-off, which we preferred), and check-in was seamless. Check-out was the easiest of any short rental I've ever stayed in (we didn't have to clean the whole house while also paying a cleaning fee, unlike some places). Location was as good as it seems (as long as you don't mind driving to the boardwalk, which wasn't a priority for us, and there was plenty else to walk to). And the house felt so lived in, down to having a kitchen full of useable cookware, even plenty of Tupperware for us to store leftovers after we cooked a big dinner. Only complaint was that the top bunkbed didn't have a railing, but we didn't need that bed in the end. A real place for real people.
