Negative: My daughter and another guest both suffered lacerations due to unsafe furniture in the living room. My daughters foot was cut so bad she couldn't go to the beach the last 5 days of our 'beach vacation'. Vacasa customer support made it nearly impossible to find out if we are getting a partial refund due to the injuries. They sent Tony from the local team to remove the furniture, but he wouldn't give me his or anyone else's phone number from the local team so I could follow up with someone who can actually help us. The only way to contact Vacasa is to go through their customer service line where no one has any idea about the property you are staying at. thousands of miles away. I'll never rent another Vacasa managed property ever again, horrible customer service and a beach vacation ruined.

Negative: The furniture needed to be more modern. Also, the screen door needed to be replaced.
