Summary: The location is wonderful, on the bay, in a quiet neighborhood. The covered porch is a great space to watch sunsets and enjoy a glass of wine. My son (11) would come out and use a star chart app on my wife's iPhone to map star formations and planets that we could see (Mars). The inside is spacious, with an open LR, DR and kitchen. All pictures on line are 100% accurate. The outdoor shower is godsend for getting the sand off after the beach. I suggested they install a shower curtain. There really is nothing but positive about the house.
