Positive: Had pretty much all you need for a couple of days’ stay. Nice size. Clean. Nice to find a roll of silver foil!

Negative: Quite tricky to find Sorrell in the dark. It would have been useful to have a small map of where individual properties were located. Very hot in the property on arrival (late at night). Had to turn down all radiators and open windows to cool the property. Double bed wasn’t terribly comfortable - and duvet/pillows all unnatural fibres - polyester filled.

Positive: Fantastic, comfortable and spacious property. It had everything you could possibly need. The little extras are lovely, easy to find and the fact we had a Christmas tree was amazing! We had a very slight issue with the bedding late at night. I contacted the property owners and the situation was sorted extremely quickly. We really could fault them at all.

Negative: If being very very picky. The dishwasher didn’t work sadly, it had two red lights showing, which be believe to mean it was low in salt. We washed up and were happy to do so. This really wasn’t an issue to us. The flooring upstairs creaks quite a bit but you get used to it very quickly. The sofas are very deep at the back, especially the grey one. We just sat on a large pillow and it sorted the issue. These are quick fixes and it didn’t stop us from enjoying our stay.

Summary: Fantastic property with everything you could need! Definitely worth booking. We will be booking a stay here again in the
