Positive: Properly was very spacious for 5 of us and 3 dogs with all the equipment we needed. Perfect quiet location but very close to beach (we went to winterton), national trust and the broads. Loved the hot tub to relax after our day out. Gardens were very looked after and when we did see staff they were very friendly and helpful.

Negative: Shower was a little weak

Negative: Upstairs floorboards really creaky, every time anyone went to the toilet in the night it woke others up but it didn't detract from our stay

Negative: There was no hand soap provided and the hot tub wasn’t always as hot as it could have been.

Positive: Quiet location and easy to get to the local places to visit. Spacious property with large lounge which was ideal for my 18 month old to run around. The beds were very comfortable and the owners were on site daily in case you had any questions. Plenty of cooking pots etc and hot tub was excellent to come home to after a day out. 2 shower rooms and a bathroom meant no queuing! Would visit again

Negative: the checking times was not good, you could only check in after 5:00 pm and to leave by 9:00 am on the last day. other places i stop are much better with their check in/out times
