Summary: Just back from two weeks in Skiathos. Returning to this particular hotel after a couple of years. Great position just out side of town. Lots of steps up to the hotel but manageable. Lifts from reception available. Staff are lovely. We had a few issues that were sorted out. The hotel is in need of a little extra tlc so the rating is a little flattering Good sized pool area and views are over the airport and port

Summary: Comfortable enough long climb up steps to get to the hotel All a bit dated and worn out in places But pleasant enough friendly staff Also Attention to detail not there some rubbish left behind in the room a deflated balloon still attached to cabinets and empty shampoo bottle on top of the shower screen Shower cubicle door broken and replaced with a curtain hanging with zip ties Applaud the improvisation but very tardy for a so called luxury room!!.

Summary: We had a lovely stay at Skiathos Living Hotel. We booked a loft room which was very spacious and offered absolutely stunning views of the sea and the port. You really couldn’t beat the views. The location was ideal for anyone wanting to stay in town, just a short four-minute walk to the port where you can catch boats to nearby islands. It’s also only a few minutes’ walk to the bus stop if you’re heading to one of the beach resorts. The staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast was brought to our room each morning. It didn’t always arrive on time, but we didn’t mind too much as it was a relaxed holiday. The pool area was nice and we never had trouble finding a sunbed. They were very comfortable and it was a great spot to unwind. There were a few downsides. The hotel lacks some basic facilities such as a toilet by the pool and a hotel bar or restaurant. We had a couple of minor issues in our room that were reported but never properly addressed. The phone didn’t work, the safe kept locking our things in (though we were eventually given a key), and the mattress was quite uncomfortable, which was disappointing given the price we paid. All in all, we had a great time. The location was perfect and the room itself was lovely. With just a few small improvements, the hotel could be truly outstanding.

Summary: 1 min walk from Skiathos harbour bus stop.This hotel is just before you get to town & harbour.Everything is within easy walk- you can take harbourside walk into town or be adventurous and take back streets. Beaches 22 mins walk (google) although that is an average and we did it in about 15mins. Ramp & steps to hotel from street. Room was large and spacious with long balcony .Staff were Fantastic and breakfast was AMAZING! Rooftop pool with double loungers, pool towels supplied. This hotel allows children although there were none when we stayed there. Yes we would recommend this hotel 4.5- 5*

Summary: The 2 bedroom apartment we booked was quite spacious but sparsely decorated. The best thing of the accommodation was the lovely balcony and the view over towards the airport runway. The apartment itself had no cooker, toaster, coffee maker and very little cutlery and kitchenware. It also has a lot of steps up the front which is not well documented in the write up. Not at all good for even slightly less able people.
