Summary: Stayed at this property for my 50th birthday with my three sisters. There is no detail left untouched. The views are spectacular. Juan Carlos is absolutely amazing! The location is top notch. As a group of four women, we felt extremely safe. If the dates you’re looking for are available, I would 100% book it. Everyone at the property that we came in contact with were amazed that we were able to secure this location for our vacation.

Summary: This property was breathtaking. Tons of amenities. We attended a few events and had guests over once, but the quiet time in the dipping pool during sunset or just reading a book in the sun were the highlights.

Summary: Everything about this condo is just perfect. The photos do not do this place justice. It is impeccably clean & offers every amenity for a comfortable stay. The view is unobstructed, the veranda is huge, the location is ideal. WiFi is reliable. The owner has thought of every little detail. Juan Carlos is the property manager & he is on the ball! Easily accessible, totally reliable & a real gentleman. Juan can help arrange airport pick up, rental car if desired & knows everyone in town who can help make your stay in PV the best vacation ever! I have been a guest at 406 several times & will continue to come back here at every opportunity. Love love love this faaaabuuuulous residence!!!

Summary: Great Location in Romantica Zone. Walking distance to everything. The condo is a large two bedroom with phenomenal views and everything you need to be comfortable in a home away from home. Juan Carlos was very responsive and a great communicator. We hope to be back soon!

Summary: Very cute and secure condo. It was very clean and has a great location. Loved the hot tub, with a great view from the balcony. Tons of great restaurants just a short walk away. We would definitely stay here again!

Summary: Property is extremely well stocked and everything listed in posting. Great areas close to everything. Only thing i would improve is the tv. It’s very small and tv are really cheap now. Also make sure you book your own airport transportation. It was set up by local team and over three times the taxi and Uber rates. We would stay here again
