Summary: View from balcony was a trash strewn lot. If you could overlook that the bay was beautiful. View from one of the bedrooms was also of a trash dump. It was a few blocks hike up a steep cobblestone street to the condo entrance. If you rent a car, parking is a nightmare near the building. Cabs are readily available. Condo was clean, staff was good, Kitchen lacked basic supplies, namely drinking and wine glasses, which we went out and bought. Hopefully will be available for next tenants. Lacking basic information on how to use TV, washer, dryer, etc. If you don’t speak Spanish you are at a loss. No information on what to see or do or where to eat. You are on your own. Would not rent this building again.

Summary: We love the Amapas area of Puerto Vallarta and this place was amazing! This was a holiday trip for our adult children and we had plenty of room for the 6 of us. The views were spectacular And just a short walk to all the restaurants and shopping. Beatrix was super helpful they even had a doctor come out to do our COVID tests when it was time to fly home.

Summary: Perfect location with easy access to Los Muertos Beach. Noisy a few nights a week due to music from buildings adjacent. However things always quieted down by 11p. This was listed clearly in the property description so was not a problem. The property manager Beatriz was exceptional!

Summary: The condo was really spacious with two living areas, a very nice kitchen, and wonderful balcony. The rooftop deck was also very enjoyable. Four bedrooms gave everyone plenty of privacy and comfort, AC in each plus two in the living and kitchen areas. Would definitely stay here again if with a group!

Summary: This place is amazing. We all agree that we would stay there again in the future. It is right in the south end of Amapas. Walking distance to lots of food places and shopping. We went to the flee market on Saturday The rooftop pool was one of the highlights of our stay

Summary: We are two senior couples from central Calfornia. Spent 7 nights here. The pictures of the condo are accurate, except maybe the pool is not as big as it looks. That does not change the fact it is a great amenity. We only went to the beach one day, never used the complex pool, the rest of the time we enjoyed the privacy of our pool. Good location, basically beach front, short walk to old PV. Five-minute walk to the Malecon Pier. Beatrice, your hostess is great. She recommended Sean from Colorado to come to the condo and prepare dinner for us. He was less expensive than eating out, brought the entire meal with him. Good food. The kitchen is very nicely equipt. Comfortable beds. There is some construction noise during the day, not really a problem. This is the gay community end of the beach. If that is a personal problem for you, maybe you should consider somewhere North of the pier. We recommend this condo. Beautiful views. Very comfortable, had a great week.
