Summary: Beautiful and modern condo. Great for 2 couples or a family. Amazing rooftop pool with ocean and sunset views. Minutes walk to Basilio Badillio and stove restaurants without having to climb the hills!. I block off the beach. Highly recommended condo for your stay in old town PV!

Summary: We would definitely book this condo again. Very spacious, quiet inside, fully equipped kitchen and great view from the balcony. The rooftop patio/pool has a beautiful view and was quiet. Owner responded promptly to our questions pre-arrival.

Summary: Lovely location, building, views and space. Stayed in D'Terrace several times before, first time in this unit. Very well appointed and comfortable. Perfect spot for Christmas getaway with friends.

Summary: We really loved the space—it’s beautifully designed and in a great location. We did experience an issue during our stay, but the host was responsive and helped get it addressed. Overall, it was a lovely place to spend time and we’re appreciative of the support.

Summary: The property was just like the pictures. It was clean and well stocked with most items you would need. The condo complex is really nice. The pool was fantastic and the security was very friendly and helpful.

Summary: Condo was as advertised. So clean, private, and organized. A lesbian’s dream. PVR likes to party, but the condo and the rooftop were an oasis and respite from the loud atmosphere. It was quiet and relaxing which was exactly what we were looking for. Will definitely be back!

Summary: The one and only complaint was that the sheets and pillow case on the beds were really pilled. Whoever washed them must have washed them with the towels. They were like sleeping on sand paper. The owner should replace them with some nice cotton sheets and talk to whoever is doing there laundry.Other than that, the place was awesome. Thank you so much.

Summary: I always stay pretty far south of town and this was my first time staying "in town". This gem of a place is in the middle of everything, but once you are in the condo it is SO QUIET and peaceful.The condo is great, comfortable, has everything you need. The rooftop pool is beautiful and peaceful.So nice to be just a couple blocks from the beach, markets, restaurants and bars. We will definitely be back!!
